Berlin and Munich lead the list, with both cities experiencing a slight decline in start-up formations. The statistics are based on the number of start-ups per 100,000 inhabitants.<\/p>\n                                                    <\/div>\n                                                                                            \n                                            \n                                            \n                                            \n                                            \n                                        \n                                            \n                                            \n                                            \n                                                                                                                                                                                                <div class=\"col text\">\n                                                        <p>Of particular note is the strength of research-oriented start-up locations, including Darmstadt. The active and well-connected innovation ecosystem, comprised of TUDa, significantly contributes to this success. &#8220;We plan to further tap into existing potentials and strengthen Darmstadt as a hub for start-ups. With a formation rate of 12.3% per 100,000 inhabitants, Darmstadt closely trails behind Berlin (12.5%) and Munich (12.4%).
