The blended programme focused on <strong data-start=\"226\" data-end=\"295\">entrepreneurship, sustainability, and multicultural collaboration<\/strong>. HIGHEST played a key organisational role; <strong data-start=\"339\" data-end=\"359\">Jessica Retzlaff<\/strong> supported planning and delivery.<\/p>\n                                                    <\/div>\n                                                                                            \n                                            \n                                            \n                                            \n                                            \n                                        \n                                            \n                                            \n                                            \n                                                                                                                                                                                                <div class=\"col text\">\n                                                        <p data-start=\"394\" data-end=\"1024\">The kick-off in Darmstadt combined a mini German course, a mapathon, and an inspiring visit to <strong data-start=\"489\" data-end=\"503\">Wingcopter<\/strong>. An intensive workshop with <strong data-start=\"532\" data-end=\"549\">Georg Fischer<\/strong> (former SAP Chief Product Manager) prepared teams for the work ahead. During the <strong data-start=\"631\" data-end=\"657\">9.5-hour train journey<\/strong> to Graz, the groups conducted interviews and built personas. In Graz, sessions with <strong data-start=\"742\" data-end=\"776\">7 of the 9 Unite! universities<\/strong> followed \u2014 from <strong data-start=\"793\" data-end=\"816\">LEGO\u00ae SERIOUS PLAY\u00ae<\/strong> and pitch training to insights at the <strong data-start=\"855\" data-end=\"869\">StadtLABOR<\/strong> and a networking event with <strong data-start=\"898\" data-end=\"916\">Ideentriebwerk<\/strong>. The week concluded with <strong data-start=\"942\" data-end=\"959\">final pitches<\/strong>, rounded off by Apfelstrudel and a taste of Austrian folk dance.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1026\" data-end=\"1325\">\u201c<strong data-start=\"1027\" data-end=\"1134\">This mix of travel, hands-on formats, and real teamwork sets talent in motion \u2014 mentally and as a team.<\/strong> In just a few days, an entrepreneurial mindset takes shape, international collaboration becomes second nature, and ideas turn into actionable solutions,\u201d says <strong data-start=\"1294\" data-end=\"1314\">Jessica Retzlaff<\/strong> (HIGHEST).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1327\" data-end=\"1561\">Students shared similarly strong takeaways. <strong data-start=\"1371\" data-end=\"1400\">Riya Tomar (TU Darmstadt)<\/strong>: \u201c<strong data-start=\"1403\" data-end=\"1435\">This week meant a lot to me.<\/strong> I met amazing people, learned a lot \u2014 also about myself \u2014 and together we created an open culture where everyone could grow.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1563\" data-end=\"1809\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The outcomes: <strong data-start=\"1577\" data-end=\"1621\">implementation-ready solution approaches<\/strong>, strengthened entrepreneurial capabilities, and <strong data-start=\"1670\" data-end=\"1700\">visible
