<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Since October 2025, Carola has been expanding the HIGHEST team as Innovation Manager in the innoboost project. With her track record at the intersection of science, business, and society, she will further professionalize innovation and technology transfer and provide even more targeted support to founders and researchers.<\/p>\n \n <\/div>\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Previously a Transfer Manager at TU Darmstadt, Carola helped build and co-found Queryella GmbH. Before that, she spent many years in sales-adjacent and advisory roles\u2014experience she now translates into operational structures and impact-oriented formats at HIGHEST.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m passionate about working where new ideas are born and find their way into practice. I bring experience from industry, research, and founding to create the conditions in which ideas can grow and innovations can emerge. I\u2019m convinced that in an environment that fosters curiosity, openness, and collaboration, ideas become sustainable innovations with real societal value.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n innoboost strengthens the translation of excellent research at TU Darmstadt into real-world applications and supports teams in turning validated ideas into market-ready solutions.
