Mentoring Matters – Benefiting from Experience kicks off the new edition of foundersXchange and focuses on a topic that is crucial for start-ups and founders: #mentoring.

💡 Whether you’re just starting out or already growing, #experience, honest #feedback, and the right #exchange can make all the difference at every stage of a company’s development. This is exactly where we come in. As part of fXc, we show why mentoring is a key #success factor for founders, how we actively support it, and what diverse opportunities strong partners from Darmstadt can offer you.

A special highlight of the event is the practical input from Philo Boras (founder of Aurora Life Science) and Martin Lacher (managing director of Lacher Großküchen GmbH). We have successfully connected the two of them.
Together, they will report on how their mentoring relationship came about, how mentoring works in practice, and what concrete added value it has brought to both sides – from personal development to entrepreneurial growth.

💡 The event is aimed at start-ups, founders, and anyone who wants to learn how mentoring can be successful, is currently looking for a suitable mentor, and wants to find out about the benefits of targeted networking and strong partnerships.
