Since October 2025, Carola has been expanding the HIGHEST team as Innovation Manager in the innoboost project. With her track record at the intersection of science, business, and society, she will further professionalize innovation and technology transfer and provide even more targeted support to founders and researchers.
Previously a Transfer Manager at TU Darmstadt, Carola helped build and co-found Queryella GmbH. Before that, she spent many years in sales-adjacent and advisory roles—experience she now translates into operational structures and impact-oriented formats at HIGHEST.
