Motivation for mentoring:
I want to engage as a mentor in the EXIST Women program because I consider it essential to specifically support female founders and assist them on their journey into the startup world. With my many years of experience in guiding founding projects—especially in technology-driven fields—I understand the challenges and opportunities associated with starting a business. Additionally, I have already gained experience as a mentor in various women’s support programs and know how important targeted support and networking are for female founders.
